What if your tracking information shows "delivered," yet the package is missing?

Because of frequent fraud attempts, we rely solely on shipping companies to confirm whether a package has been delivered. For any missing packages, the best course of action is to contact the courier directly with your shipping address and the tracking number we provide.

How to Guarantee a Replacement for a Missing Package – Insurance

We include affordable insurance with every order. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but doesn’t arrive at your address, we will send you a replacement. This insurance also ensures your order is prioritized at our warehouse. (Please note, this does not guarantee expedited or overnight shipping; standard delivery times will still apply.)
